The Process.

The pictures below show the process for the creation of a T-Rex, from it's start to shipment.

The process starts with 5 tons of clay, from which the mould is produced. The mould is cleaned, before it is waxed and then lined with gel cote. Fiberglass is then used to coat the mould, in various thickness over the body.

This process is used to create the 44 pieces of the mould to make one T-Rex. These 44 moulds are then all bolted together, before being joined from the inside, before the individual pieces are dismantled and cleaned, to leave one big dinosaur.

The finished dinosaur is completed by hand, before being delivered to you, for you and your customers to enjoy.
